A question, so if we have one account where we have money placed from one trust. We add money from other trust and make an investment. If there will be a profit from this investment, how to asses which trust will have right to this profit and in which percent? I mean e. g. We have 1 milion on the trust A account, we add 3 milions from other trust B and then we take 3 milions to invest in property and its value goes up to 5 milions. In this situation it should be 1/5 (20%) for trust A and rest goes to trust B?

At 14:00 slide, do you mean the beneficiary of the second trust would be able to recover the $500 that was used from their trust fund? Or the full $1500, even though $1000 was taken from a different beneficiary's trust fund?

It's not to difficult to wrap one's mind round Private trusts ,But I must admit ;I find it more difficult understanding the PUBLIC side /Cesti que (vie) TRUSTS/FOREIGN SITUS TRUST,
