I am not a student of political science but i think the professor got it wrong when he said that a person appointed as the prime minister must seek election to a lok sabha constituency within six months of his appointment to the premiership. one example could be mr manmohan who was the pm of india for two terms and right through his premiership he had been a member of rajya sabha.

The Professor says that the word "socialist" has been deleted from the Preamble to the Constitution by the 42nd Amendment, whereas the fact is that it was added. And, the electoral college for electing the President doesn't comprise of MLCs.
@savivat21016710 жыл бұрын
Very true.... I am an Alumni of NLSIU and also have teaching experience of more than 8 years in legal papers including Indian Constitution. I was astonished to hear the words of Prof who is such an eminent educationist, excellent speaker with lots of experience to his credit .. I could not believe when Prof narrated that "the word socialist was deleted in 42nd amendment for political reasons but Supreme Court made it very clear that this word is part and parcel of const. aspiration"..His misleading narration starts at 5.08 minute and ends at 5.45 minute in above video and .also, I agree that he made a mistake in mentioning the composition of electoral college for the President of India at 7.16th minute in above video. And also he is not wrong but, not so very clear while mentioning about Local Govt.and judicial hierarchy too!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

You may be right or may be wrong . But the whole thing was all the castes of India had come under the foreign spell of other powers. And, since then you could not open the pressure of those powers. They tried & tried but no Order could emerge among them. Or all the sects became puppets. Instead of the expansion of their power & influence they saw emergence of various other religions in the world. One after the another many & many religions started spreading. As a result of this, all the sects of Indian communities came under the " pressures " of all the new religions. In other words, all the sects including Brahmans were all without their own " Orders" on all matters. This is the reality. If you don't believe this, you can see your movement as also the movements of other powers in the " Bazi" The strange & weird nature of things you are doing only suggest that you don't have any Order & your own adorable Constitution has been put into limbo. Simply because you don't have Order. And, your right thinking disappears or evaporates owing to pressure of other powers. You are indeed helpless. However, If Orders are emerging now & then you will understand that " Upperwala" is doing or applying " Orders" in the various Crucial matters or the Crises inflicting the " Bazi" . He is moving on the written matters. Else, in the matter of ethic & morality, who else will do except " Upperwala". May be it is because of new strategy & change in the power structural game which many believe that it will take us all to " heavenly Seat restored. Of course as & when. Wait & see next in the " Bazi"
