Wow! I now understand why trees tip over in a strong wind storm. As a gardener who runs into tree roots constantly when I dig to plant things, I can see why Jerry wanted that root ball out the way he did it. He is a MASTER operating that Bobcat. Impressive! I loved how the drone shot at Spring Hill gardens revealed the design that wasn't as evident at ground level. Your pattern sounds fun to work with.

I couldn’t AGREE more!! It was AMAZING what he accomplished with that Bobcat! I have NEVER SEEN anyone take down a tree in that manner it was GREAT! The plans sound FABULOUS!!!! I love our garden community and how we inspire one another 😊!!!

@@janicebrowningaquino792 Yesterday, I bought a leather belt at Goodwill. I told the cashier my plans for it. I had a mature maple tree removed a couple years ago because it had two leaders, it was forked. That made me nervous so down it went. The forester left me the section with the fork. Turned upside down, it looks just as if a guy is standing knee-deep in the soil. 😆 I'm going to screw this belt around the "waist" and add a touch of whimsy to my front garden. The cashier said that made her day! Neighbors strolling by with their dogs or kiddos comment on my garden's progress. I tell them, "Just wait." 🤪

So smart to plant what you sell so the customer can see the plant growing in the ground . My favorite garden nursery in my area ( Hilltop farms ) did that and it helped me make decisions. They closed the nursery and retired . Made me sad , no other nursery in my area ( ozarks region) does that .

Looking forward to seeing these new gardens develop. Was very concerned, though, seeing no safety equipment being worn when operating power tools that cause flying debris, especially a chainsaw. 😢 Wearing safety glasses while using a string trimmer, or even a hedge trimmer, would be a good thing. We have to be careful.

Does Brenna get many wood ticks on her? We have had an abundance of wood ticks this year, even the dogs we let run on our deck are getting ticks 😢 we decided that because the wood ticks are so bad this year that we were going to keep the dogs off the grass and it has helped but they still managed to get a few. 🌺💚🙃

@GardeningwithCreekside11 ай бұрын
It may appear that the pond is stagnant, but it is not. We do not have a problem with mosquitoes breeding in the pond, plus all of the dragonflies, tadpoles, and frogs use them as a food source.
