I could live in that beautiful cabin forever!!!! The only thing i would change is i like the natural light color of wood instead of using the torch on it. But very VERY impressed by the awesome work he did!!!! WOW!!!!! ❤❤❤❤❤❤❤

Oleg, this is a very wonderfully built Log Cabin. Your Masterful technique in Carpentry and Building this structure, with mostly hand tools, and only a drill on occasion, was awesome. Look forward to more projects. It shows as a Minimalist, this can be done, with knowledge and good skills. The Fireplace is Stunning. I am curious as well about cleaning creasole in the pipe. I suppose it can be cleaned, the bend with the front access, and on top of Chimney. Pipe does look very thin. Becareful. Thank you for sharing. Put a varnish over your wood table and bed seats, and a protective coating over your Beautiful Door. The winters are harsh where you live. My Nephew is in Ukraine, and lives in Czech Republic, teaching School and caring for school age kids. Blessing and Safety, where ever you live.😊

Mortar = dirt, clay, Sakrete? Some bushcrafters also use sand and/or straw to even out heat build-ups, preventing cracking. A lighter colored 'mud' is used also . . . composition? Another Q. - How to mitigate creosote build-up in your hidden exhaust piping? Your work is WoW !! Inspiring !!

Chimney pipe clearance shoould atleast 6-8 incheas clearance to combustible materials.. Log will dry up in 2-3 months. Your chimney pipe almost touch the log.. I'm just concern..Thank you!

Building this log cabin was so interesting! Oleh, you made it look so easy! And the shock to see the grasses stay on such a steep angle on the roof? Do you think the snow/ice buildup will peel it right off? Or the heating from that fabulous stove you built…..maybe it will kill the grasses in one season? And someone expects a chimney fire which really scared me. Can you dismantle the steel chimney easily to replace it each year? So many questions! You are wonderfully skilled and that house is impressive! Ginger from USA Michigan, Where cars are built!

Not to smart covering the stove pipe all the way up. That's a lot of heat you are not going to get, and sooner or later you are going to have to clean the inside of the pipe. and you have to take the pipe out for that. OH WELL.
