This is an excellent project. I hope we will see similar stadiums in all the local governments. These should be standardized. It will help with grassroots sports. development. It should be part of the sports budget and the expenditure should be published. What Anambra lacks is a strategic plan. What we don't want is uncoordinated interventions.
