It almost seems like the big dozer is good clearing the bulk of stuff, like make the first pass with it, then use the little dozer to Clean up since it has the angled blade. I can't say much thou as I haven't played this game and don't know construction.

I think it would be better if you use the rip teeth on either dozer first to break up the compacted soil that’s what they’re designed for then use your dozer to push the overburden on the cut to the Desired depth you want the machine will have an easier time pushing the dirt if it’s broke up and when you lineup for your push 3/4 of the blade should be on the push so the blade has room to push the dirt to the side as it builds up the blade
