Thanks Terry, Liz Allen Vs Independent Newspaper, award 78 Weeks pay, I use this as my standard in CD cases, Thanks, interesting that she had no loss if earnings, as she was unfit for Work, but they were able to show that the conduct of the employer was fully at fault, a great read, some 22 pages long.

Thanks Frank. Did she get that much for the CD? She had a PI case, too, which I think was successful

£70.000 for the CD, not sure about the PI case, I know she had one not sure what the outcome was.
