How does one keep something like water celery from choking out other plants? How often do you have to change out some of the water? Seems really hard to change out water in a really heavy pot of water.

Water celery will need to be cut back periodically to keep it from choking out other plants. You should not be changing out the water. Chris talks about that very subject at the 57:30 point.

Hey guys I have a 100 gallon rubbermaid plastic tank outside, will it overflow when it rains? How do I protect it from overflow? Do I need to protect it? Will the fish die from overflow? Please let me know.. ❤

It would depend on how much you've filled the tank, and how much rain you get all at once. It has the potential to overflow, but with evaporation occurring between rain events it's much more likely the water level will regulate itself. Water flowing over the edge of your tank will not kill your fish in and of itself.

Fertilizer in and of itself will not harm fish. 'Too much' fertilizer will harm fish, but saying this adds nothing to the conversation when the idea that 'too much of anything is harmful' is tautological.
