Beautiful apartment. It has the features that I am looking for…….kitchen fitted with stovetop and oven, balcony, nice view and I think it has a laundry area. However it is much too big for me! I need much less space, 1-2 bedrooms and elevator. I know you will have something for me!

The kitchen is fine. This is extremely overpriced though considering the income potential in Kenya. Less than 1% of the population would even consider this an option. The master bedroom is so crumped. Not masterly at all. The other bedrooms are so tiny that there is no room additional storage whatsoever. Using a mortgage calculator, you would probably have to earn Ksh. 1 million a month to afford this. This is not an investment. This is a freaking black hole to your finances. On top of that, the service charge will be crazy expensive. Noooo.....

To earn through blood, sweat and tears 20M and invest in this house as an investment either for rental or to live in is sheer and utter FOLLY. It is small, cosmetic and probably comes unfurnished as we can see even the pillows are branded BALI PROPERTIES. The bedrooms are tiny with no room for manipulation denying the homely aesthetic the bizarre inflated cost calls for . If anything one is buying an address "KILELESHWA." There's zero COMMENSURABLE [R.O.I] in investing in this property, other than the property LOCATION. The GOOD however is the lady presenting and the camera guy are doing a fantastic job in explaining what the property entails plus the quirks therein. Staging is concise as an interior designer deals with the hand [lot] that they're dealt.
