The V House is designed as a blend of vernacular and contemporary, overlooking the adjacent lake.
The key highlight of the house is the 'V' shape of columns, over which the first-floor cantilevers to form a verandah with unobstructed views of the abundant landscape and the rolling lawns.
Principal Architect Rini Singhvi walks us through this cozy weekend home, explaining the spaces that are earthy, timeless, peaceful, and most importantly connected to nature.

In a structural sense, not really, it acts like a beam. But i guess what they are trying to say is that the first floor slab is is supported on one side by just a V Column which in itself is quite challenging and expensive.
