Every now and then I get it into my head to do something on KZbin and then I see a video from you or Ben Felix pop up and I know it's a) very unnecessary and b) super intimidating to even approach that quality. I'll make topic suggestions on the form, but maybe a suggestion to once in a while just phone it in and do a voice over some powerpoint slides? Maybe literally phoned in to get that audio quality authenticity?

Please do a video on identifying investment opportunities that are not too obvious to the general public at the moment, but can be uncovered by doing groundwork. Specifically what are the steps for such groundwork! An example would be how to identify real estate developments that have great long term potential.
