@@aslatabistaalphonso4250 as a EC 665 UHT user: In that situation it could have needed 2 PARS probably because the first one just exploded in the air LOL. But PARS are INCREDIBLE UNRELIABLE, since they are IR missiles, imagine there are 3 tanks, one destroyed and the others in a range of 20 meters, the lock sight will ALWAYS lock on the destroyed one because it is emitting more heat (it is burning) than the non-destroyed ones. Imagine trying to lock an aircraft with the sun closer to it. Other times, it will lock on the ground, or the tank's cannon, sometimes because it is unguided it can land on the most armored part of the tank, or on the back and it only destroys the engine. The PARS are quite slow, so most of the time, you launch a missile but the enemy gets killed or behind cover. And you only have 8 of them. :D Now, heli vs. heli battles: most of the time top tier is Germany facing Russia, or Russia and USA. PARS are WAY SLOWER than the Vihkrs. So in a desert map, you will lose because there is no cover. The ATAS AAM are definitely not worth to use against aircraft or heli, they are slow and doesn't pull enough Gs. You better use the PARS, so trying to get aircraft or helis before tanks will consume all your only 8 PARS. Bottom line is: EC 665 UHT is good, but definitely not the best nor top 3.

Helicopters do not belong in clusterfucks like WT maps. Worse still, contending with 2S6 Tunguska that sees and shoots through trees. There is nothing more enraging than thinking the 8,000 meters of trees between you and the 2S6 will cover you as it does IRL only to have a missile come out of the trees and right into your face. Alternatively it is annoying to hover behind a thick stand of trees you can't see through and have a Vikhr from a Ka-50 come through them and hit you. And the T-80BVM....if you can't make 5 kills per match in this thing you clearly ate the paint chips off grandma's walls as a kid. Either play Russia if you want to actually enjoy the game or don't play this game.

Unfortunately you can't. Creator codes only work on Xbox and PC, us PS4 players get screwed because of Sonys purchasing process. That's also why we can't link our accounts to PC and have vehicles move over.

The Mokopas are basically what the Hellfires should be. I think they're just behind Vikhrs in terms of speed. The helo itself could use some fixes as it's flight performance is apparently incorrectly modelled. Heard from people that the engine is underpowered.

A simple TOW is more reliable killer than Hellfire which you launch at someone 1km away and it shoots up into the sky and two days later it slams down and scratches the target even if it's just a light tank. Realism = can switch modes before launch, send Hellfire directly at the target instead. We'll see F&F soviet helis and probably in a premium/market purchasable state before we see F&F Hellfire, but we know how badly PARS3 works. We know how bad Stinger Mistral etc work because they nerfed all the other countries because Igla was bad IRL. And then there's heli-Stinger being dysfunctional based on graphics settings................

The hell fire and Mokopas are just programmed to be inaccurate on some helicopter models IE i get better and more accurate hits with Hellfires on my G lynx compared to me Ah 64 E, While IRL a hellfire K is nerfed in Range IRL range is 11KM and is more accurate only having a 30cm or 1ft wide dispersion radius where the missile will hit the target, and they should give it its fire and forget Hellfire too but ehh its gaijin the power creep and overstated capabilities of vehicles will always be what they say

Yo man, bought this hellli yesterday. I have a great expirience with preious Brit premium helli (G-LYNX). Im top tier player from years, and I havent any problem to hit tagets with G-LYNX. Don’t forget the missiles also have IOG so if the target is stationary and pops smoke or you have to evade something, just turn off your laser and it will continue to target without input 🤙🏼

You are not using the LOAL method of firing. LOBL is inferior to LOAL, turn of your laser before firing and you can wait for the missile to get to the position then you turn on the laser in the last 10ish seconds. This way you can hide while the missile flys, it doesnt get efffected by loosing lock or laseing smoke/trees. This is a helicopter which is better at longer range like 6+km. You can use this method on all hellfire types. It really makes the hellfire much more potent since you can lock a position, hide behind a hill or other obstacle then fire the hellfire type from 3th person view and it will fly over the hill to the tank map while you are in cover. Then you can track the missiles flight by weapon cammera when it turns to face the ground you exit out of cover and lase your target giving SPAA little to no time to fire at you.

(I don't know why the Otomatic is mentioned here, as that's Italian.) Anyways, the reason why it is called Rooivalk and Rooikat, (and Olifant). They are the Afrikaans names for South African animals. Afrikaans being a language exclusively spoken in South Africa. (Afrikaans is a language, derived PRIMARILY from Dutch). The word 'Rooi' alone, means 'Red'. It is similar to how the Germany has the 'Tiger' Helicopters, Panther, Leopard, Tanks, etc. Olifant, Rooikat, Rooivalk, are the names of Animals.

I personally tried getting this to work, spent nearly over 20 games trying to get a kill (missile spaa are very common right now) and personally, me and hell fires do not get along in the slightest. If there is even 1 missile Spaa up you will never do a thing since hell fires are so incredible slow they will never arrive on target before you have to dive away. Thankfully the GLinx at 10.0 normally only has 2 missile Spaa at its br making it much more effective for grinding unless you just want to bring this into Heli PVE thanks to it large loadout

The thing with the g lynx is that you can kind of fly above the enemy and sometimes at 10.0 you don’t really get missile AA if you get a good match, but pray that you don’t get railed by a flarakpz or xm975 As far as I remember the g lynx has flares but no MAW If you get Russia on your team you can do a funny little trick and wait for the su25s to spawn and find out where the as is coming from Personally if you’re gonna spend 50 usd then get either the ka50 or the mi28a The mi28a is incredible at 10.0, I fully recommend it because last I remember you started grinding USA over Russia

There is a huge problem among many other with these top down missiles. They don't actually top down. Watch your replays, go into test drive. Watch the kill feed when your hellfire slams into the top of a tank at a 75 degree angle. Notice how it shows an almost straight on hit? The hit registers from the helo's line of sight for whatever reason, meaning that sometimes you catch a bit of structure that you shouldn't, leading to non-pens and no kills. Since they are "top attack" you can't even guide then in to avoid strong parts, or barrels.

One thing you did not mention is that because Rolands in Heli ec got 8km range missiles it has made any platform without missiles that go beyond 8km useless. However the range of an agm114k hellfire should be 11km

I think Gaijin should buff the Stinger, Mistral and perhaps Igla to around TY-90 level and either put proxy fuses out of the game or make a Vikhr pod pre spawn selectable between proxies or non proxies. Then you would have to decide if you wanna play as a airborne SPAA like the Z-19 or be tank busting. Or make both with half the prior missile amount for each targets. Then move SP for all helis up to around 700 SP with ATGMs. It is insane that I need just 1 full cap in my BVM to get my Ka-52 with 12 Vikhr, 10 S-13OF and 8 Iglas. This comment is from a guy with 700 kills on my Ka-52.

The soviet tanks aren't even that good, but they play in the front, at the objective and help each other. Something that is very rare for US and GER ground players. Sadly because I really would like to use my F-4E more but with the US winrate at 30 to 40 percent it is just not fun. Especially since my personal winrate is consistently above 60 percent since a year. Something a game should be.

You're going to need a usable ground vehicle to best use the Rooivalk in matches anyway so if you really want to play with it, your best bet is to just buy the Chally 1 DS and/or the Rooikat 105 and pair them up with the Rooivalk at top tier. Not saying you should do so however as you're going to be taking premiums from 8.7 and/or 9.7 and fighting top tier MBTs. If you're playing Ground RB just to play a premium helicopter, you might as well just have bought the Ka-50 instead

You can just cap a point with a really fast vehicle and check if you have enough SP to spawn the Rooivalk with Mokopas. If you need more points, you can try to get kill or scouting assists. Simply scouting targets doesn't give a lot of SP. Besides, scouting assists using light tanks that have the Airstrike modification on them will be particularly useful

This helicopter is garbage and don''t buy it. Underpowered engine makes it too unreliable while doing evasive maneuvers from missile. Makopas suck more than the hellfire in terms of tracking, like big time. This thing can't hit anything reliably even stationary ones below 3 km because the missile climbs to space for some reason then unable to point back down in time. The moment your reticle touches a tree or bush, your missile is lost. Mistrals suck ass compared to ty-90, always goes for flares when used correctly and seems to turn only twice until giving up on tracking. Rooivalk not worth until: 1. fix flight model/give more engine power 2. fix the damn makopa trajectory and tracking 3. fix the god damn mistrals to be on par with ty-90
