Do you have any tips on multiple turns because I'm stuck on 2 turns right now and I need a little bit of advice for three my coaches tell me the same thing toss higher spin fater and I'm doing it but its not working

Pull up on your toes and tighten your stomach when you flourish. Stay on your toes during the spin and stay tight!! Make sure your arms are tucked to your body with no space! Lastly, keep practicing! It will come with time!!
