Could you do a tutorial over 3 baton juggles and maybe some other 3 baton tricks? I plan to add the juggle to my routine for state competition but it’s tough trying to teach myself and it would be nice to have some pointers :)

I am a 42 year old Female past Baton twirler. I twirled from high school through college. I went into business with a young lady that I went to high school with because we both had similar ideas. I independently choreographed routines for High school tryouts as well as served as a judge on the competition side. I was wondering if you can refresh my moves a little. I have experience with 1,2,3 batons. Up to a 1 hand and 2 hand from spins and roll-tucks (I think that’s what Lauren my Coach called it). Anyone. Hi Candace! Thank you so much for your comment! There are some wonderful resources to give you a coaching refresher and help set your studio up for success! My first recommendation is to register for the United States Twirling Association Coaches Network seminars that happen monthly on the first Tuesday. They cover so many wonderful topics for coaches and many of the past seminars are posted on the US Twirling KZbin channel! Secondly, I would sign up for the USTA Level I Coach Certification course. It is offered about once a month and will allow you to become a professional member of the organization (giving you access to a great insurance policy for your studio), updating you on everything you'll need to start out, and help you connect with other coaches and department members to help guide you. Lastly - what you are already doing - keep learning through KZbin! There are so many wonderful videos and creators that will help your creativity and understanding of the sport grow! I'm so glad you reached out and happy to help where I can. USTwirling.com is a great start!

Is that the manner of speech resemble closely the same mannerisms and quirks as you exhibited. So forgive me dear, my curiosity got the best of me. You don't need to feel obliged to contact me in any way respond at your convenience. Also I am kind of embarrassed because I do not know if I should by a baton or a makeshift wooden dowel to practice with because I lack depth perception and I am not the most coordinated human ever.
