Hold up, the prosecution straight up up admits they have no physical or scientific proof that the defendant actually did this. Apparently all they have is that he made a couple inconsistent statements. Also, based on a quick research of this case, the impetus for bringing this case forwards and charging him was based on political campaign promises and not any new evidence coming out. This prosecution’s case looks very sketchy and weak at most just based on his opening statements and that information.

@@kittymartin2982 Did you listen closely? The prosecution said that they do not have that data because of the lack of cell coverage in their area. All they have is the cell service extender at their home which has a range of 50 feet. The prosecution alleges that her phone connected to the extender at around 2am when she entered the house and disconnected at around 5am. His phone never moved from the house.

@@kittymartin2982shouldn't the "evolution"of forensics help to prosecute the actual perpetrator? Why would he flatten the tire at home, then drive it to where it was found? That comment regarding the tire instantly set off alarm bells. A more important question is why did it take over a decade to prosecute him? Her "friends" seem naive and obviously bias, which is ok. Unless you interfere in a persons marriage or murder case..
