David Swift Was Humiliated After Slain Wife Filed For Divorce: Prosecutor

Closing arguments began in the Karen Swift murder trial on Wednesday morning. Prosecutor Danny Goodman Jr. delivered an intense closing argument in which he detailed what he believed happened to Karen Swift. He argued that her filing for divorce pushed the accused killer, David Swift, over the edge, causing him to lose his temper and kill her. David Swift has been charged with premeditated first-degree murder and could face life behind bars.

Cases based on circumstantial evidence are hard to prove. They would rather wait and have concrete evidence and risk the chance of an aquittal/ not guilty. Too much of a risk .

When one is possessive and controlling who stalks Its well documented that a paper be it a TPO or divorce means nothing to one who believes they own as in property another One seeing a coming large financial burden has many times chosen the easy cowardice way out just as in this one Wasnt love only ownership because no one with one ounce of love in their heart seeks new relationship 6 days after the mother of all his children is missing The only reason he could seek new relationship is he knew his current one was done Never coming back because he made sure of it Whether planned and i do think its why he played injured with his leg far past the time he should have already been healed and back walking with therapy No dr allows a surgical limb to remain unused exercised that long as while healing must be using to prevent scar tissue in ambulatory motion track I think he did keep acted wounded so that he could have alibi and excuse why he couldnt be able He was the last person to see her and the one who ended her
