Great job explaining this procedure! I just had TRL post 14 days now and still pink and peeling just a bit around the mouth and chin area. My gal that did the procedure in Vancouver, Canada did not use your "gauze" technique so I had quite a bit of bleeding and oozing. I can't wait to see the final results from this. I did have CO2 ablative back in 2000 so I was prepared for TRL. I am a believer! I wish I was closer to Maryland. You seem so down to earth and sincere in what you do. Thanks for your presentation.

Great presentation Guy. What would happen if you used these lasers on lips?

You can do a light laser treatment on the pink (vermilion) portion of the lips, but I do so very conservatively.

great video! do you use hydroquinone cream for a month before TRL laser?

Hydroquinone is a reasonable plan before and after some energy based treatments for some patients. I do not routinely use it before Contour TRL treatments.
