I love that you are South Indian. Years ago, when I was into makeup and loved watching makeup tutorials, I always felt like most makeup looks I saw, would not fit my skin tone. I'm happy to see that the beauty industry in youtube is rapidly changing- filled with all skin colors, shapes, sizes. Most importantly, we see people in their raw selves... it's so refreshing to see!

I can't overstate how helpful your videos are for me. I pretty much buy whatever you sample in your videos(we are the same skin shade, so it works out). I have spent the past decade walking in to Sephora/MAC and walking out disappointed or buy products I end up not using. Sales people in these stores lack the interest or just don't know how to help someone with my skin tone. Case in point, my recent trip to Sephora. Although I had some idea on contour shades and lipsticks from your videos, I still wanted to be matched. The best the lady could do was come close to skin tone, even though I didn't ask for a base foundation. It is so frustrating, I am going back to online shopping from your videos. I am a more informed consumer because of your videos, hope you keep doing them even when you are famous!

Loved loved this video, so informative! Feel a little bit like a “part of the club”.. have “unconsciously” been doing these tricks on my face ... just felt it complimented my skin and face the best. But I am so so far from being any contour expert, pleased to know I am doing it correctly. However, adding the blush on my nose was truly something new and just as genius as all his other advice. This was so helpful. Some of the tips are so useful. It would be amazing to have him as a teacher, he is so straightforward and easy going. I only didn't like the base, it should have a tinge of orange or red, there's too much beige, makes it look yellow.
