This is just my opinion but I have had a design lab on my website for 4 years, and roughly 15 clients actually created a graphic in the design lab and ordered shirts, in my opinion it's not a necessary feature what clients really want if they don't have a design is to talk with a designer that can help them create the graphic they want again this is just my opinion.

Love the videos. Very inspiring. Really appreciate all of the tips and your openness. Can you make a video on how you would separate a 4 colour, wet on wet, butt register job? Do you have to choke the colours that are touching as they spread when you print them? Also, when printing wet on wet, the previous layer of ink picks up on the next screen and ruins the print. How do you prevent this?

LMAO! I had to deal with an idiot client today who had unrealistic expectations. Yes, this is a very frustrating business at times, however I have been able to keep client expectations in check by charging rush charges. Client: "I gotta' have this by Tuesday". Me: Okay, add 30% to the job. Client: "Ummmm, Friday is fine". If they can go elsewhere and beat our prices, quality and normal 5 day turnaround, see ya! Got business backed up for weeks as it between apparel, signage and offset printing. Not to mention graphic design. I truly enjoy the print and sign industries, but I don't lose my mind trying to please everyone all of the time anymore. I have a production schedule, I stick to it, if I deviate from it I charge handsomely for it. If I have to press on a Saturday for any reason, you will pay 100% mark-up!
