Contractor Sprays SFRMs with Graco ToughTek F340e Fireproofing Pump

Air compressors are not sold with the ToughTek F340e Pump at this time, but we will be releasing one early next year which will mount on the pump. For now, any standard air compressor that can generate 5-6 SCFM should work just fine. 915 we bought two of these pumps in 2017. One with compressor, one without. You need separate dedicated power to compressor and pump. Try finding that on a jobsite. I have used other brands that are better and cheaper when it comes down to it. Graco brought out the F680E. It’s a 220 pump, but still there are better pumps on the market. The issue with it is if the mud gets a little tight, it just won’t pump it, where other pumps will

How do you clean excess material from concrete

George, Typically excess material buildup in the pump is cleaned out immediately after spraying by simply running water through the pump. If more in depth cleaning is required, the pump is designed to break down quickly in order to completely disassemble each component and clean thoroughly, thus preventing any material from damaging the hard and soft components of the pump.

This Greco piston pump is totally impractical for that size of job from an owners prospective. This should be a MINIMUM of a Tommy gun job

More and more experienced contractors are replacing Tommy Guns with ToughTek F340 or F800 units with no change in productivity. We would encourage you too to give it a try.
