Respect sir, I,m a contractual employees of State Govt. . Deginisation - Data Entry Operator. Sir 2017 sal ma humara recruitment huya.. 2022 k November month ko 60 years kar Diya, govt. Parmanent employees k tara chuti sob kichu milta ha. But salary or P.F kuch bhi thik nahi mil raha hai. Just 20 k new rules,uska andar 110 p.tax kat Rahi ha... No medical... May k permanent staff ki tara salary mang kar sakti hu, Govt sa.., medical, PF kalaya apply kar sakta hu??

Dear Sir, I was appointed at the post of Legal Officer in a PSU on outsource contract basis on 3rd January 2020. Proper Notification for the vacancy was published, a written examination was conducted and then an interview was conducted before making the final list of selected candidates. I got an offer letter from the 3rd Party Contractor Consultancy company. The Offer letter was completely one-sided in the favour of the employer. The Probation Period of employment was 3 months. On 21st February 2020, even before completing 2 months of my employment, I was issued a final "Cessation Notice". I filed a writ in the HC and got stay over the notice for the time being. What should be my approach and research to retain my job. In this case, what are the rights available to me? Whether I being a Contractual employee be terminated from the job without citing any reason (even if the offer letter says so)? Sir, Kindly help me with your expertise and guidelines.

We are working in a Corporation which is incorporated under state of Punjab. At the time of our appointment, 10 posts are advertised in various newspapers. only 6 persons included me, have been applied against 10 posts and we all were selected through interview by a 5 members committee. There was no one has challenged our appointment. We all are seeking requisite qualifications for the post but after 10 year of service now Management said that our initial appointment was irregular because no written exam conducted and no reservation policy followed that time. We are pleading that we have fulfilled all the requirements and gone through all processes which were organized by the management that time. We did not know about the due process of appointment and we have followed the order of management. My question is that our initial appointment is irregular or regular according to law whereas management was responsible for not adopting the reservation policy and not conducting the exam. Kindly help us.
