Odd as a therapist said the exact opposite Start hot End in cold Confusing

Depending on what you are trying to achieve... if there is swelling in the hand, you want to start with cool and end in cool, so arteries "constrict " at the beginning and the end. If there is no swelling but stiffness, then you reverse that... start in warm and end in warm.. dilating arteries beginning and end.
