Haven’t painted in a few months as my only army are my sweet sad blood angels but as a refresher this was nice. Snagged these contrast paints when they dropped. Gonna use this method on the exact same unit. Thank you!

If you get another paint like say a bit of black on that lovely red, what would be the best way to cover it up? Grey seer then baal red then BA red, or just use some mephiston red?

I would just use a little bit of Mephiston Red to fix it rather than go to all that trouble of recovering!

BA sgts have same color helms but with a gold skull. only vets and commanders have gold helms.

Does the 1:1 BA red to Contrast Medium take the place of the wash step for the red armor? Or are there other situations where you wouldn’t do a wash?
