It's an all star unit from the Tau Empire book and it is of course the Kroot Lone-Spear! This one is awful to build but incredible to paint and I think I did a great job on this one! Hi, first at all, Awesome Painting and very Helpful video! but my english sucks hard so i cant understand "touch up the water" is the brush still soaked in water or is it a bit "dry" and just a Litzle wet?

Nah, I think he means soaking most of the water off, so touching it to a paper towel or whatever to absorb it. Brush is probably still damp but not soaked.
