I definitely have! I was having a lot of pain in my right hip which was keeping me from exercising. Now it’s gone. My chronic back pain is on a much lower level too! I’m taking it very slow with the weights so that I don’t have a fibromyalgia flare up. Thanks for your question!

Hi Linda, I have been looking for a video like this. I had lap band surgery about 10 years ago. I maintained the same weight for years. Then had a hysterectomy and breast cancer 3 years ago. So needless to say stress eating was real! I have gained about 20lbs since then and cannot get it off. Did your bariatric dr prescribe that or your primary care? I didn't know you could split the medication like that. That would make it very affordable.

Hi Stephanie, my bariatric dr directed me towards an endocrinologist but I couldn't get in with them for months. My primary care dr gave me the script. I had some side effects on Contrave so I am now on Ozempic. It's a once a week shot and it has been really great. It curbs my cravings even better and I made my goal weight. Hope that helps!

Excellent? Good job! I have a question? Do you get numbness at times on your left arm when taking it? I have this sensation sometimes as also get taquicardia?

Hi! Thanks for your question. I do not get any tingling down my arm. In the beginning I felt a dizziness kind of, but that went away I do notice that my hand shakes a little when I’m holding my phone. Hope you can figure out what’s causing it! Definitely run it by your doctor.
