I don’t mind the map. It reminds me of dooms map a little bit where you can see the floor beneath the one your on but it’s slightly darkened to show its beneath you. A lot of people freaked out because it wasn’t as simple as most maps. Instead of bitching, I just took the time to figure out so I’d have a better understanding.

@@KingBaldwinTheLeper Good for you. Have you found all the collectables and done every mission? Because there are times where the map isn't helpful. It's good you liked it anyway but I think it's easy to understand why someone wouldn't be keen on it at certain points. Doom's map was more interactive from what I can remember? You could zoom in/rotate it to see things more clearly

Hello. Playing in 2022. If you’re like me and are going crazy trying to get into Security through the closed gates like the guy in the video, you need to talk to Dylan first and get Level 6 Clearance, then go left through the medical wing following the hallway past a safety shelter and into a big hallway with some enemies. Eventually you’ll make your way into Security. Turn around and go back to the gates from this side of the room, and hit the button on the right. Now the gates will always be open and you can get to Prime Candidate Program.

This game was not what I expected AT ALL. I was so surprised. I was hooked and couldn't stop progressing through it. I figured it'd be one of those "superhero fight em up" games. But the world and lore had me with all the reality-bending concepts.

This is bad game design in my opinion. In my mind I'm thinking maybe I need the lvl 6 card but then why would they allow me access to this mission and let me do most of the mission just to find out (only conclusively through spoilers on the internet) that I cant finish this mission w/o higher access. Seems stupid. Tired of running around looking for shit just to get frustrated and give in and look it up just to find out: Nope! Cant go there yet! Lol smh

If you can't do a secundary mission because the door requires a key acces level 6 then you need to progress in the story, is just logic

@@adrianestupinan8951 No it’s not because if you don’t check spoilers you can’t find out by playing that this specific door is the only entrance to mannequin challenge and that happens because the map is a shitty mess.

This game is awesome but goddamn it can be frustrating. It doesn't tell you or show you most of the things you're supposed to do. On top of that you get a map that is absolutely useless, and those awkward locations of fast travels points don't help either.

The only good thing I can say regarding the control point is that it's very close to boss area😅. This way, we don't have to walk too far to try again

Thank you for this. What pisses me off in this game is the very vague locations for side quests, for instance, the "cleaning the mold" for Ahti. The game pinpoints a location on the map, but it really isn't there at all, so you spend hours looking for it, only to accomplish mission in, like, 1 minute

I agree, the map is fucking terrible. Can’t set any way points, you can’t hover around it and you can’t zoom in or out. A case of Remedy thinking they’re smarter than everyone else.

@@SamuraIcarus3 yeah exactly, I definitely agree there. but the map is still bad in terms of game design. An open world game would have more excuses for letting you get lost but as the game takes place in an enclosed space, getting lost is more frustrating

It’s an interesting game, but it’s so hard to find where you’re going or what to do sometimes. There’s almost no direction. It’s free on ps now so I have it a try but, it would have been so much better if they had a different design
