to all the guys saying it's a rebadged Arrma, i encourage you to take a look at all pillow-ball 1/8 pro kits. Kind of similar aren't they? Why isn't Mugen suing AE suing XRAY, etc.? If a new brand comes along that has a following, and can bring new people to the hobby, why stop them? More people in our hobby (which is already as niche as it gets) is a good thing for everyone. Companies suing each other only makes for less competition and lesser quality products. Remember the Arrma Nero? How awesome that was? Look at what happened. Now we don't have what would have been an amazing monster truck.

I hope they (Team Corally) make a (Roller Chassis Version) for stronger built parts, that don't bend, but including the (Driveshaft) it needs to be stronger too, hopefully in the near future, if Corally get it right, nice testing this product,only for racing with pure performance!

I’ve had my raddix 6 for a few weeks now and overall I’m very happy with it. Some notes. Thread lock the wheel nuts or crank them very tight Diff oil is too thin in front and mid 6s is too much power, wish I’d just bough 2x 2s packs, can hardly ever use full throttle. Front springs are too soft(especially with heavy battery) The difference between the 4 and 6 is not enough imho. I got my 6 for 340 and cheapest 4 is £320. In version 3 corally should including adjustable turnbuckles and the better shock towers and chassis braces for maybe £50 more. It would be a very good competition to the arma tlr typhon.

Excellent review and breakdown! Great looking vehicle and definitely looks like it runs smooth. Also, it seems like a tough, rugged and speedy vehicle. I am about to purchase it myself. However, I am also curious in regards to running it at Coney Island Beach here in Brooklyn. Would putting some paddle tires on the Radix 4 make it run better in the sand? And if so, which would you recommend?

I know the torox 185 is a rebrand max8 so is this a rebrand max10. I'm just curious because I'm thinking of purchasing the system and wanted to know if it's gonna last as a Hobbywing would.

I am looking at purchasing a high end buggy. I love the look of the radix but have never bought a Team Corally vehicle. My question has to do with getting parts. Are parts hard to get? I own an arrma nero and am shocked at how fast spare parts disappeared from the market. Living in the US, i wouldnt have thought parts would be an issue since its only been 5 years since they last sold them. So now i do a bit more research when it comes to spare parts before i invest in an expensive RC vehicle. I have tried cheaper models with little success (rllarlo & wltoys). The cheap ones ive bought use a lot of the same parts and all tend to have a massive amount of play in the front wheels making street speed runs almost impossible. Also, is there a better buggy you would recommend instead? I've bought 4 different buggy models (all $220 or less though) and can't afford another mistake. Thanks

Thanks for the info about ride height. Is that a good general rule for light bashing/BMX tracks - level at the back and slightly lower at the front? And the car looks great.

It looks fabulous however given the minimal price difference I think it'd be better to buy the Radix 6S and use a 4S battery with it. For not much more money you gain a lot more, better ESC, servo, centre diff housing etc. I don't think the Radix 4S will be popular given the price point.

I so wish there were good Rtr 1/10 scale buggies out there. I think they deliberately don’t make them because it’s the most popular racing size so we are forced to spend much more money. Makes it hard for newbee s like me.

This is the second KZbin video I have seen on a Radix buggy review, where a shock has leaked all its oil during the review testing. Like this video, the other review didn’t involve any extreme bashing either. I wonder whether these shocks are a weak spot on these buggies.
@warpumgaming79813 жыл бұрын
price difference between this and the 6s version? seems price would be the only reason to get this over the 6s seeing as the 6s more versatile with better running gear.

Why would anyone take a downgraded 4s buggy when you can pretty much get the exact same buggy that is over built and 6s capable for less than $100 more. Between the aluminum center diff, faster steering servo, and more advanced speed controller, I just don't understand why anyone would buy the radix 4. I originally was planning on buying this buggy until I began looking into the differences I mentioned above and now I'm set on the radix 6 and will likely run it on 4s

Especially as all the Typhon was originally just a cheaply made Durango DEX8 with low quality plastics and aluminum. Corally has the plastics down, but if they made an XTR version of the Radix they'd have something up there with race kits.
