Any button works, youll just have to change your controller layout on the apex settings to the button you put for the turbo

I was searching something VERY similar to what you just explained :) So thank you a lot for solving my today's problem 4 months ago, haha. I wanted to bind keys to "move cursor by X amount to " I was able to find key bind to mouse move and had to specify a count (I assume those are pixels) AND I used the keep key pressed to autofire along with it. That works great, in case you'd want to do something different. I am also interested to see if actions can be setup, such that cursor jumps to "predefined" places on screen with least inputs. ( I am using this to make work easier on desktop using Xbox controller + Steam controller configuration, but the process of getting it to do how we want it is pretty much the same) Strange behaviour noticed- If I tap on Rightkey 3 times and the Leftkey 3 times, the cursor does NOT return to the original position for some reason. Why should that be the case, any ideas?

If its on auto, it just means u werent pressing the button for the same amount of time u were pressing the other side

@@rubyiwnl which setting do you mean when you say "it is on auto" (I have setup the "mouse delta" on DPad of my controller) I cannot see any setting/activator menu labelled "Auto"

Anyone have a fix to this problem? When I apply the v2 config, and when I try to tap strafe, when I try to press down Left Stick my character doesn’t move at all . I try to reapply the config, tried to reinstall apex, disabling steam input and reenabling it. Seems like nothing had worked any fixes?

for some reason i did this whole settings on the original joystick, i created a shift mode but didnt edit it. I had strafe capabilities but i exited the game and came back and now my movement is slowed or non existant. ive since redone it the proper way following your video to no avail. i think im confused on how to apply the mode shift button to the in game apex settings. Also im trying to bind it to my jump button which is L1. Its so wierd how i had it and now its gone 😪
