I get up 6 am went walk at 7 till 8 and fresh up and do Pooja and eat at 10

With due respect a point of view Diabetics are not necessarily perfectionist but rather people living with so called perfectionist who constantly create pressure on others causing diabetic

She is talking irrelevant and diabetic persons needs to change their diet completely to 80% alkaline & with 20% acidic foods.Every person should know which food is acidic &alkaline then only he can manage his disease,s . ROOT Causes is when we are eating too much acidic food which lands a person into various diseases. No doctor is telling this basic thing. Exercise is also important but first is diet. Check your Ph level as where body stands and if it is acidic then switch over to alkaline diet immediately and avoid all factory made foods which are 100% acidic with various preserving acid added to keep their food fit for consumption. No person or doctor tell human race.
