I used to say God is with me all will be well. I changed will to IS. I have to keep myself centered in the present even though I'm thinking about the past I have to know that I am here where my feet are. So my God spirit guide Universe whatever I use is a higher power knowing that I'm not the higher power. I have to keep myself in the present and know when I'm struggling with past issues I can always bring myself back do Here and Now. God is with me all IS well. Spirit guide is with me all is well. I think you get my point. Will be is in the future. I used to project my past onto my future and that became my right now. And that was all fear-based. Fear of failure fear the unknown Fear the Future fear of what other people are going to think of me it's none of my business what other people think of me. I just recently last night actually saw you on another podcast and am already excited about what I am going to glean from you. Love you Gabby peace and serenity to you.

Letting go is a process glad to see their other men on here. In the Letting Go part of this. It is a practice. Practice is not an overnight matter.- I see on other vlogs. A thing called Shadow work. Basically it's a shadow of my former self that I'm dealing with could be my child could be my team could be my younger adult it wasn't acting very much like an adult he was drinking too much. We have the capacity to be feeling great. Real quick what I'm trying to say. I have to find out which one of my self am I dealing with. Then I need to deal with them find out what makes them tick see where other people have the power to kill my will to do better strive for better so I can be helpful and be understanding 4 others. In the process of healing I had to change the TO to FOR. God is not doing this to me he's doing this for me. He's doing this for me so I can grow in understanding. The more I understand me the better I can understand you. Just some random thoughts that are coming to my mind. And a good mind it is today. Keep being who you are Gabby

I never really understood what trusting the universe means? It sounds kind of irresponsible. and if you have a real problem, you can't just surrender to the universe, you have to fix the problem. The universe doesn't just give good things out, shit happens everyday. It's part of the cyclical nature of life and the world. If you are jobless and can't pay rent, you can't just sit at home and surrender to the universe and not do anything and just meditate. Such a bazaar idea.
