I don’t know why people feel guilty for buying something pretty/ pretty expensive. We all work hard. We are deserve a little luxury in our lives. Nobody cares what I have. I make videos too, but One thing, especially for me regarding the brand trips is that I don’t understand why packing a handful of girls onto a private jet is supposed to equate to me buying a concealer down the line for $30??? What does feeding pretty white girls pasta have to do with me buying a lip gloss at target??? ( brand dinners and pr events) I’m not hating I just don’t understand

🤣🤣🤣 They way I hollered 🤣🤣🤣 I completely agree. When I watch brand trip videos, I couldn’t care less about the product. I’m watching to see if that’s a vacation spot or restaurant that I might want to visit 🤷🏾‍♀️ Because here’s the thing, we KNOW they are going to say nice things about the lip gloss and concealer. The brands are taking them on a lavish trip so while sitting on the private jet on their way to a luxurious vacation, why would they say “BTW the lip gloss sucks” 😩😝 I don’t trust a “review” on a PR trip or an influencer that has THAT close of a relationship with a brand. However, as an adult, I am able to make those reasonable assumptions and decide whether or not I want to buy the products or not. I don’t understand why full grown adults get upset because other adults made a decision to work with a brand and go on a free trip 🤷🏾‍♀️ It’s like TV commercials. We don’t get mad a the actors that act in Crest Toothpaste commercials when in reality they use Sensodyne 😝❤️
