Do Japanese people slow down their talking when speaking to foreigners? What’s the translation for ‘Can you please repeat that? Maybe I could say that phrase 😅

Unfortunately, if you talk to them in Japanese, they might talk fast at first. You can tell them “Can you speak slowly?” ゆっくり、おねがいします。 yukkuri onegai shimasu And also “Can you repeat/say that again?” もういちど、おねがいします。 Mou ichido onegaishimasu Don’t hesitate to ask these things!
