Hi Jennifer I have a question for you; What's the difference between "assessment" and "evaluation" or "examination"? And what's the difference between "impact" and"influence" ? (Especially in the title of articles) Would you please explain it to me? Tnx
@Englishwithjennifer5 жыл бұрын
They can be similar. Examinations are generally at school, but can also be in order to obtain a license, etc. Driver's exam. History exam. Evaluations are a process where someone evaluates a performance, the condition of something, etc. Companies have performance evaluations of their employees. Assessment is similar to evaluation. We can assess a situation and judge how serious a problem is. "Impact" sounds more powerful than "influence." You can post vocabulary questions on my discussion board on Simor. www.simor.org/user/1749/jennifer_lebedev/rooms/1749-everyday-vocabulary-with-jennifer/posts

I am guilty of being stuck every time someone asks me for a favor. I usually can't say no and look like that kind of heartless rude person.
@Englishwithjennifer5 жыл бұрын
It's your kind heart that makes you say yes too often. But others have to understand that sometimes you simply can't grant a certain favor. If you take on too much, you pay a price with your health. This isn't a favorite film of mine, but I like the concept of the story. kzbin.info/www/bejne/g2TEo2Sqd8-SkM0

Not when learning english Save words in order to make a sentence I speak but forget the words quickly like the name of the house and kitchen and and . what is the solution, Professor
@snehalquest5 жыл бұрын
Repeat these expressions, you will definitely remember them. First of all try to remember the easy ones and then use them in your written or oral communication. After this, try to study the tough ones.
