Sirkazhi Sir is a real legend. His music still ives and will live for many many generations. I have many favorite songs but one that stands out his pathos song..Nitham Nitham maarugindradhu ethnayo, from the movie Bandha Pasam. His Tamil pronunciation is super clear, bold and bright.

Very good recollection! Who will not be a fan of the great Sirkazhi.. you should have made him speak a little more! I don’t like the concept of standup shows.. but this side of you singing Bharathiyar song is truly remarkable. That song will truly resonate when one sings with true national pride but in the great men’s voices, it sounds like bass in your ears just on thinking the same! I don’t know how I landed in your video, but I’m so grateful to get the link of the great singer and his son! Both are truly amazing! I being a TMS fan love all the combination songs especially both their voices deep and rich pronunciation..

I was a college student when seerkazhi govindarajan passed away. Even before that my entire family was a die-hard fans of seerkazhi govinda rajan sir. I literally cried that day. Till today I keep telling my family that I cannot forgive him for leaving us so soon. Maybe I sound a bit crazy. That is the love we had for his voice. But we are fortunate to see him every year in Shivan temple kutchery in Aminjikarai every year. Who can forget his voice in karnan... God is sometime very cruel.
