This tutorial was helpful, except my ANIMATIONS didn't work. Without the transfer of the slide animations, it's not a "video", but just another slide presentation with audio (audio did transfer). Is there a way to ensure the animations are transferred to the MP4 as well? If not, it doesn't serve the full purpose I need. Can you please answer this and at least let us know if this is not possible right now? I see two other people have also asked, but the questions have not been answered. Thank you.

Thank you for your tutorial. It's very clear and easy to follow. I inserted several video files into my google slides. After I converted to Video Creator and previewed it but i only see the video, but no sound.

I wish I'd seen others' comments before I started a paid subscription for this. As others have said, it doesn't record the animations on slides. I can't use this for most of my class presentations. Lesson learned, I guess :(

@@jennycarter6427 I know because I did a mini movie on one slide (with object animations) and when it did the video, it just showed a non animated picture from the mini movie and put that in it with the audio.

There are some issues here. 1. The free version has pixel limitations. 2. You can't add sound to individual slides. Solution: Add Sound to Individual slides and use screen recording software.

Creator Studio doesn't seem to work anymore. There is no longer Add Ons, now it is extensions. And the Creator Studio will not open in the Extensions.

Powerpoint converts to wma instead of mp4. WMA is problematic to edit in a video editor.

So you can not control the time each slide is displayed? This add on is practically useless, I mean who wants every slide to display for the exact 2.5 seconds?

You can - that's the option in the add-on to change the time each slide is shown before proceeding to the next. The example he used was simply 2.5 seconds but you can set whatever you want.

I think the problem is if you have an audio or video on one slide it does not have time to play before moving to next slide unless you set the time of each slide for longer than that clip. which basically makes this presentation to video export useless.
