Hi Shivam, I appreciate your advice to work via DaVince to convert EDL. It works so well. Thank you. My Premiere Pro media icon view taking too much time to appear. it is only HD format and yet it is taking so much time to open. If I convert the files to proxy files then it opens. But I have 1.5TB sized footage so finding it very difficult to work in PP so I am looking at FCPx for speedy work. But again FCPx has its own issues with multiple tack working due to magnetic field. kindly suggest.

I could not make it work. When I import to Davinci it messes up the whole sequence and the audio will not start from its intended origin.

Not working for me... I've followed all the steps exactly and the transition from DaVinci to Final Cut Pro X doesn't work. Premiere --> DaVinci works great, and when I import the FCPXML (I tried all the versions) into Final Cut Pro X, the Project is black, all the cuts and clips are there but it doesn't show any image or sound. Just blocks with the names of my clips. I'm using the latest versions of all softwares on MacOS Catalina
