A genius idea. We have to start thinking this way globally to curb our consumption of natural resources. By the way, why would the British Broadcasting Corporation doing a piece in Britain be talking in dollars?

I saw a video showing Asians removing large quantities of fat burg and doing basically the same thing. They heated the fat, strained the crap out and sold it to street food vendors. yum, yum.

In my city it is not allowed to dump fat/oil into the sewer. The city garbage department hands out small buckets to collect waste fat/oil of cause for free.
