Denise, I’m a lawyer. Trump can only appeal the conviction of this crime once he becomes a felon. The whole thing for the Supreme Court was to stop the sentencing from happening at all. His appeal of the conviction would go to the New York higher courts to appeal the conviction so that he can overturn the felony conviction itself. I hope that makes sense.

Gotta be real with all of the light workers. I am a believer. Canada has the goods on Trump, Musk and Putin and their idiotic quest for world domination. This report will be released before the end of January. Personally, I expect it around Jan. 18-19. They know it's important to release before Trump's inauguration, but it's going to come out at the last minute. The Democrats know that if they release the information it's going to start a civil war. They are going to sit back and let these other countries who are less involved and more objective break the news/documentation what this group of wanna be Napoleons/H**lers have been up to.

No, he will appeal the CONVICTION (not the sentencing) and he has 30 days to file that appeal to a higher court. If he wins the appeal, then his conviction is thrown out / dismissed. He could not file an appeal until he was sentenced....so the 30 days starts today. His legal team can file a direct appeal to the First Judicial Department of New York’s Appellate Division.

He's not appealing "again" for the same thing or to the same higher court. He will appeal the conviction now (and he could not do that until he was sentenced) to a higher court in NY. What took place with SCOTUS yesterday was not an appeal but just an emergency filing to delay the sentencing. That was denied and he was sentenced.....so now he can appeal his conviction.
