Conway's Towing Lil Herc 2.0 build

Conway's Towing drove 700 miles from North Carolina to Detroit to have us install a Lil Herc 2.0 on his Ram 3500. His truck is also the first build we have done with Fox 2.0 shocks on all four corners, it rides smooth as butter!

Yes huge differences like the thickness of steel. Our tubes are over 1/2” thick, others are 1/4” thick. Our crucial pivot pin on the T Bar and L-Arms can tighten, they are adjustable, others are not. Forcing you to have to buy the pins annually. Our clients do not, they just tighten and grease them. They will last forever if properly maintained. 💪 Our cylinder is bigger for the Up/Down function. We are capable of lifting a diesel others can not. 👎Our unit has a 5,000lb lift capacity and a 10,000lb total capacit. The combination of our pivot pins that tighten and how everything is overbuilt, our units save you $$$ in the long run. Our unit uses a double motor electric ⚡️ hydraulic pump making it twice as fast as the single motor pump others use. Our installations consist of a frame reinforcement we drop the gas tank, pull the bed off and do it right, others do not. Our frame reinforcement is an engineering process that proves to be the only company that puts the R&D into this application of converting a pick-up truck into a tow truck. Our in house Engineer stress tests the unit on the trucks' frame and has our CNC plasma cutter, cut out the pieces for the frame which are easily welded by our welders. WHAT'S THE BIGGEST THING I CAN TOW? • Anything smaller than your truck. Never tow something as big or bigger than your truck if you want to stop and steer safely. Towing a truck as big or bigger is going to exceed the capabilities of the brakes (you do not have trailer brakes in this application).
