My fiancé and I just bought our first house. I love a clean house, but coming from a big family where everyone had their own activities and parents who both had very time consuming jobs, housekeeping definitely wasn’t a priority. I saw you washing your blender pitcher. I always rinse it out, put some soapy water in and run the blender with the soapy water. If you do it right after you use it it's really easy clean up.

This is awesome! My 17 year old daughter and 9 year old son won't eat leftovers and they both are super picky. It can be a little frustrating because I've been trying to have us eat healthier, so I've had to be "all or nothing" dinner Mom with them, lol. I love Grove, they're going to have ALL my money...hahaha! My favorite is Caldrea, the Sea Salt Neroli is incredible but I had to order it directly from Caldrea because Grove doesn't have it. Caldrea's Basil Blue Sage is really great too. Mrs. Meyer's Lemon Verbena and Peppermint are #1 of the Mrs. Meyer's brand. I'm going to be sad when they stop stocking it. I've been up late cleaning the kitchen. Hubby and I did Hello Fresh before he left out for training. Every meal was delicious! I chose a flatbread pizza, the buttered steak, and a pork loin that is a favorite on the site! No complaints here! Oh and we use Mason jars for drinks at our home. We call them our special glasses 🤷‍♀️

We did Hello Fresh for about a year. The food was good, however they sent loads of shellfish and 2 of our family members at allergic. So I was always buying substitutions. We also found it a little pricey. But the food was really good quality and tasty.

We definitely eat leftovers. Growing up, it was almost criminal to let good food go to waste so yes, leftovers all the way. I actually plan meals so that there will be leftovers to take to work the next day. It saves money too! While I love the convenience of something like HelloFresh et al.,i find the cost excessive. I can feed my family for a week for less than 3 meals from a subscription box. I just can't justify it.

Yeah, it’s more pricey than buying everything from the store, but we will be using it during super busy weeks that we know there is a good chance we would end up eating out. It’s cheaper than a restaurant and just as cheap as fast food for us, so that’s where it will definitely pay off ♥️

I thought we would probably like it, but after trying it, it was just so easy and convenient plus we were still getting fresh homemade food, so we are definitely taking advantage of it for those busy weeks! And we love a gas stove! I actually grew up with gas and I’ve missed it since this is the first title we have had it since moving out (aside from a few months when we lived on Air Force bass housing lol) but I feel like you have better control of the temperature and there’s no waiting for it to heat up or anything. Love these kind of videos too! I've seen hello Fresh but haven't tried. I'm a left over loving girl from a left over loving family🤗(fave emoji lol) My mom always made a lot so we usually had them. My fiancé is touch and go, depends on what the meal/dish was. I love it-the flavors always get deeper to me and intensify by the next day or so making the food even yummier✨I'm actually going to try making a version of your enchilada casserole tonight and already thinking about the leftovers😸

@@ThisCrazyLife It was amazing🤗!! I didn't have chicken but ground pork and we ate it up (I made a small casserole, so we got 2 squares a piece-my fiancé 2 large ones)! I know now to make a large casserole dish😄

Do you feel like the price of hello fresh is equal to what you would pay to buy everything on your own? I know in your grocery hauls you normally spend 70-80 ?

It is a bit more pricey than buying everything at the grocery store, but it’s just as cheap if not cheaper than eating out or even fast food. So for busy nights it’s so easy and convenient to cook this way and then you’re getting a good quality meal for the same price or cheaper than grabbing something out😉
