Cook Forest State Park In Cooksburg Pennsylvania is a highly visited park. Tourists come from every direction to share in the natural beauty of the forest and enjoy the Clarion River. Camping in every form is offered in this area from dispersed to campgrounds to renting cabins. We take you along to some of the most visited places. Seneca Point and the fire tower are located on Fire Tower Rd a short distance from the River and the park office. We hike a short way to the swinging bridge on the Tom Run Trail and stop for Cooks Forest Wine at the famous McBeths.

I live outside of Canton Ohio, and my family and I have gone there more than 20 times. Growing up spending most of the summer there, brought back some great memories. So glad I found your channel, and looking forward to jumping into more content. Thanks for sharing this with us.

Finished watching this morning. I've never been to the swining Bridge but have seen lots of pics of it, cool vid! Ok, your gonna have to make a part 2. Here is a suggestion. #1 You gotta do the Longfellow hiking trail and see the giant pine and hemlock in cookforest. It's very short. Do it early morning. #2 A mile or so past the sawmill theater is a road to the right that takes you through giant trees. #3 Then come down and pop out by the pale whale kayak rental and drive upstream along the clarion River the whole way to hallton. #4 go across the hallton bridge over the river. It's right before hallton. Take a right, go west or it may be south idk until you hit 949. Follow that back to clear creek state park. #5 Check out the park and camping area then hit Beartown Rocks nearby on opposite side of 949 from the park #6. Follow back to brookville to head home. I've done this many times.

We camped in Cleer Creek. I will definitely add this into a day trip. Some of the places your talking about I’ve been to already but it would be a great video. We seem to be getting longer videos and I can’t seem to shove enough in, in the time I have. We’ll probably have to do a couple video series in each area.

@@lesstraveled4740 yeah I understand about the longer videos. I film so much it's hard to cram everything in without making it super long. Here is how I shorten my videos. After my initial edit. I replay the video and watch it. Then when I'm done, I watch it again. Then after the second watch I watch it a third time lol. By now, while I'm watching, if I feel the need to fast forward, skip a section of the video or stop wanting to watch my own video, then I know for sure other people have already checked out of the video. I go back and edit all those parts out and repeat the process over. I can cut a 40min vid down to 18 -25 minutes this way. My goal is to keep myself interested in my own video. Anytime I get bored I take note to edit that part out. There is a balance between making videos for others and making videos for memories. It takes a long time to do but watch time plays a big role in ppl finding your vids. Hope this tip helps.

It does! I do the same editing techniques, I am going to have to keep the memories part more up front, it’s hard after finding out Jeremy is experiencing these things for the first time. Great advice!
