It made my mouth water! Looks/sounds wonderful! Just an idea, since some of the kids don’t eat salad, take a handful of the greens, add about a cup or so of the broth and put in blender then add to sauce. No one will ever know! 😜

You could have added cornstarch to help with thickening your sauce as well.
