This is one of my daughters favourites dishes that she eats with rice. Hope you all like it and if you have any problems let me know. I actually have more than 1 way of making this dish. I'll teach you the 2nd recipe choice later.

其實唔落雞湯, 剩落水就ok. 不過要落熟水drinking water, 1.5 倍 or有d人like 1 or 2倍.

I remember my father made a version of this, really fluffy like soufflé and he watches us not go in the kitchen to pull the lid off otherwise the egg dish will collapse. It sure brings back memories. So I am in the USA, we use imperial system while in Canada, which I assume you are living there uses metric system. What are the measuring for imperial, still 1:1.5 ratio?

I did that and I hate washing that plate after the steaming ! Ugh !!! I have to keep scrubbing that plate and it is still sticking !!! :(
