I discovered this video and decided to give this recipe a try. WOW! Had some friends over for Labor Day and they loved it, but the best was when my wife said it was delicious. Not once, not twice, but three times. She has never said that about anything I’ve ever cooked 😂😂 thanks for a new tradition!

That’s awesome! We had hoped people might find a new way to enjoy their fish. Thanks for watching and hopefully we have more cooking videos out soon.

Thanks Beau! I've got Walleye in the fridge thawing from the Athabasca river from last fall. I look forward to using those small soft shells in the future, thanks again for a look at your style of fish tacos. One day I'll make a trip up for some Trout. Keep the videos coming!

Hey thanks a lot for the support. I’m lucky to have a great girl who can cook at home. You gotta get up there at least once to try it out. Great experience.

We really liked the lake trout that we had. We baked it like was do with salmon we just make sure we trimmed off the gray fat from them. They were delicious.

Really enjoyed that video nice to see another method for fish. I have found lakers to be something you really want to keep really small if possible. A 28-29 incher is starting to get pretty strong where i fish. The runts are like candy even a bit sweet.

Yes that’s what I’ve been told as well. To be honest where I’m at it’s hard to find small trout. Good problem to have I guess but I catch more in the 30” range than the 20” range. I’ve come home empty handed not due to catching no fish but from releasing fish larger than I want to keep. Thanks for supporting the channel it’s very appreciated.
