Below measurement is for 1/2 KG rice
Peanut Oil - 5 tbl spoon.
Ghee - 3 tbl + 2 spoon
Chicken 500 g to 750 kg ( We used 750 g )
Coriander - 1/2 bunch (15 g )
Mint - little bit less than 1/2 bunch ( 10 g).
Cumin Powder 1/2 tea spoon
Coriander Powder - 1 tea spoon
Redchilli Powder -1 1/2 tea spoon
Curd - 75 ml
30 mins soaked Seeraga Samba Rice - 1/2 kg.
Salt
lemon juice - 1 1/2 lemnon
heat it in oven for 30 mins (450 fh ).
Masala Paste Ingredients:

Green chilli - 7
Garlic - 40 g
Ginger - 20 g
Biryani Powder Ingredients:

Cinamon - 2 inch
Cashew nut - 8 count
Jathi kai powder/nutmug powder - little bit as shown in video ( nut mug powder) - 1 g
Cloves - 6
Star Anish - 1 1/2 medium size
Bay leaves - 2 medium size

தங்கள் கருத்தை தமிழில் பதிந்தமைக்கு நன்றிகள் பல தம்பி .உங்கள் அன்புக்கும் ஆதரவுக்கும் நன்றி . உப்பு அளவு 1 kg அரிசி ,1 kg சிக்கன் சேர்த்து பிரியாணி செய்யதால் மொத்தமாக 3 tablespoon உப்பு தேவைப்படும்.(சிக்கன் ,அரிசி அனைத்திற்கும் சேர்த்து.) உப்பு சுவை நீங்கள் பயன்படுத்தும் உப்பிற்கேற்ப சிறிதளவு மாறுபடலாம் ,ஆதலால் முதலில் 2.5 tablespoon சேர்த்து ,உப்பு அளவு இன்னும் தேவை பட்டால் மீதி 1/2 tablespoon உப்பு சேர்க்கலாம். மேலே நான் 1 kg க்கு உப்பு அளவு குடுத்திருக்கிறேன்.நீங்க 1/2 kg செய்தீர்கள் என்றால் 1.5 tablespoon உப்பு போதும். நீங்க 2 kg செய்தீர்கள் என்றால் 6 tablespoon உப்புபோதும். இந்த காணொளியில் உள்ள செய்முறை படி செய்து பார்த்து ,சுவை எப்படி இருந்தது என்பதை மறக்காமல் தெரிவியுங்கள். எங்கள் காணொளிகளை உங்கள் நண்பர்களோடும் ,சுற்றத்தாரோடும் பகிருங்கள் .

Hi Subashini, For biryani powder you have to grind the 8 ingredients that we mentioned in the video. In this video we prepared it for1 kg. It wont take much time to prepare this biryani powder. Its advisable to use fresh biryani masala so that you can feel that freshness in your biryani. if you would like to grind it in advance use those 8 ingredients to make the powder. you can grind the powder for 5 kg biryani and store it and u can use the same when ever required. But you have to be clear like how many table spoon masala will come when you grind it for 1 kg rice so that it will be aware about how many table spoon biryani masala you have to add for 500 g rice or 250g rice. we believe this will help. Measurements for 1 KG: ******* Ground nut oil - 10 tbl spoon Ghee - 5 tbl spoon red chilli powder - 1 1/2 tea spoon cumin powder - 1 tea spoon Coriander powder - 2 tea spoon Chicken/Mutton - 1 to 1.5 kg Mint leaves - 10g ( only leaves weight ) coriander leaves - 15g ( only leaves weight ) Salt as needed ( probably 40g sea salt for entire recipe ) curd - 150 ml lemon juice - 3 tbl spoon Seeraga samba rice - 1 kg Biryani Masala Ingredients: ******* Cashew Nuts - 25G cardamom - 4G cloves - 2G stone flower ( kalpasi ) - 8G cinnamon - 2 g (3inch) bay leaves - 1g (3 count medium ) star anise - 2g ( 3count ) nut mug powder ( jathikai podi ) - 1g Ginger Garlic Paste Ingredients: ********** small onion - 300 g green chillies - 14g Garlic - 80G ( Peeled weight ) ginger - 40G ( Peeled weight ) Main thing to consider is the masala should be sautéed very well (correct consistency). Good question!Medium flame la 20 minutes first veikanum.Mostly cooker la 1st whistle 20 minutes ku munadi vandrum.Apdi whistle vandutuna udane romba low flame ku mathitu 20 minutes adupula irukanum .Then 10 minutes rest kuduthutu sapdalam.Vera edavadhu doubt irundha kandippa kelunga.Thanks!
