You will need:
for the basis
130 g of flour
35 g of powdered sugar
1/4 tsp. salt
cold butter 115 g
Mix these ingredients in a food processor or rub them with your hands, form a layer, put it in a mold and leave it in the refrigerator for 20 minutes.
When the dough cools down, move it to the oven for 10 minutes at 410F degrees.
for cream
almond flour 40 g
butter 40 g
1 egg
1 tsp flour
cognac 1 tsp
powdered sugar 35 g
Mix everything and send to the refrigerator
Pour 4-5 small peaches or apricots with 3 tbsp. sugar, add 30 ml of water and a little lemon juice. Cook for 7-10 minutes.
Bake at 350F degrees for 20 minutes
