I use that grater for vegetables like carrots. You need to get a Jamaican grater for coconut we also place the bottom of the grater at the bottom of the container so it won't move

An easier way to extract milk from coconut 🥥 instead of the way Winnie is doing itvwith a grater, is to cut the "meat" of the coconut in small cubes or strips with a short and sharp knife, place it in an ELECTRIC blender with about 2 cups of water an blend the two together until the coconut pieces are very fine (no large chunks seen), then strain the milk with a WIRE strainer to separate the coconut fiber from the milk since you only need the MILK in most of the foods to which you wish to add that flavor. Try to find videos on utube to find more ways to safely an easily extract milk from fresh coconuts. 😊😊

CongratsMum you have a blender why not use it to make the coconut milk? Just put the small pieces in the blender with a cup of water and blend. DavyJr used the blender to make drinks when he took care of you with a broken hand. Did it break?

I wonder what types of bananas those ones are. If it is the cooking bananas...we try to cook them before they ripen. If they do ripen, some people steam them but usually they arent eaten as a fruit. But you can give to cows, chickens etc. But you might have a type i have never come across....otherwise those look like cooking bananas
