Love the slaw Andy! My wife and I are both on restricted diets - no fried food, very little red meat and low salt. That just about eliminates everything here but the slaw. That said, you are a good cook and fun to watch.

A nice tip i use when I'm deep frying without a temperature probe is to dip a wooden spatula in, if bubbles come out of the wood then its hot enough to fry in. Love your videos btw

Have to respectfully disagree. There’s NOTHING better after a day outdoors (usually a long hike, for me), than really good food. I never, ever go with a pot noodle and a pack of porridge. It’s the best way to end a day outdoors.

I **love** that camping equipment! I don't like camping (a fully functional RV would have to be involved and I'd probably never come outside it unless there was a fully mesh-enclosed canopy tent) so I watch other people's camping adventures and wonder how they manage to be outside without being eaten alive by mosquitoes or nats (midgees?). Those who can't live vicariously through those that can. 😊
