Damon is suspiciously good at being in a video. He feels like he already knows how to entertain an audience. Like most of the time when Josh invites a non-KZbinr they act nervous or bland, which is pretty reasonable as most people aren't used to entertaining people on the internet but Damon knows exactly what to do; making the right jokes while playing off of his and Josh's energy and explaining stuff in fun goofy ways, it's a blast.

its really nice to see josh be an amateur in something culinary. it almost, like, humanizes him in a way. like he is so good and precise and knowledgeable about what he does that its refreshing to see him truly be new to something.

This should be a new segment where you and Damon learn and challenge eachother to make the same dish/dishes and see who's faster and which dish tastes better. Have the cook who's teaching the dishes to judge

Oh man this guy is so funny. He needs to be on more. Something about his deadpan delivery just clicks with Josh's chaotic energy. Also, I actually learned something. I've been using way too much rice when I make nigiri.

One thing I noticed when looking at the thumbnail is that the sushi roll things made by the sushi master were thinner. I asume it's because the sushi is much more agreeable to eat in one bite like that. That's something I haven't really considered before but will do in the future while making sushi
