Hey everybody! Thank you so much for all of the love! If you are a fan of Josh don’t worry meeting him, it would not ruin anything. Him and his team are phenomenal at what they do and amazingly kind individuals. Seeing the behind the scenes of Joshua’s video inspired me to create my own channel and I will be releasing weekly content. I picked up video creation 3 weeks ago with no experience and I am doing it alone so come grow with me! Thank you again for having me Josh, it truly was a once in a lifetime opportunity.

One of my first jobs was waiting tables and bartending at a teppanyaki place for a few years. It was grueling but also definitely so much fun! The really good chefs had such incredible personalities and knew how to play up every little interaction they could. It was so impressive to watch and hilarious to see them switch it off or just tone it down a ton when they got to back of house. I’ve also seen just how much practice it takes to get all the tricks and get the pacing of the whole show (plus making the food which is like pretty vital). It’s super intense I’m mad impressed. Oh and please remember to tip the waitstaff as well as your chef! There were far too many times where people would write in “tipped the chef” on their receipts 🤡

That's a completely different world than I am used to. The U.S. and Latina America, plus Italy and Spain have this unspoken agreement that if we're not reacting loud enough to the jokes and show, we are basically saying the jokes and show were the opposite of entertaining, so boring. The louder we are, or if you're not a loud person, the bigger the smiles, the more fun the person made the experience. Reacting enthusiastically is not rude, but a compliment

"Not everything has to be a flex" - Then why do you need to "flex" with how many unnecessary fullstops you can use?
@paulwalsh2344
@paulwalsh2344 3 ай бұрын
@@einundsiebenziger5488 They're not fullstops... they're called ellipses and in this connotation they are used to show more defined pause than you'd achieve with a comma. The first two ellipses could have been substituted with periods.... sure... but there is a subtle difference in how the sentence reads with fullstops. WIth the ellipses it reads more like discussion in dialogue, where the sentence relies on the previous sentence to complete the thought. It's a stylistic difference for sure. Maybe your comprehension of sentences and paragraphs is more analytical than conversation oriented... where each sentence is a complete standalone thought. The style I thought I was achieving was more conversational with ellipses denoting contemplation of the next phrase in the thought... making it easier for the reader to tell the intention or emotion I was trying to convey. It's so hard to get empathy... or conversely sarcasm... right in text for instance.

This reminds me of that one episode of Three's Company where Jack Tripper tried his hand at being a Teppanyaki chef to get a job. Josh definitely radiates that kind of energy in this plus the roasting by Chef G was absolutely top tier. All in all, Great Video! 😄👍

Hey Josh, I’m a Vietnamese student and I’m planning to make lunches for school. Could you make a video on dishes that are affordable and are fast to prepare please? Also on how to choose ingredients that I can make a range of dishes from without having to go shopping too many times in the week. I really appreciate if you could do this.
